So happy I tried this place! I noticed the Yelp reviews were not all that great, but it seems like most of the not-so-great reviews are from a few years ago. This place was AWESOME! Yes...the drinks are a little pricey ($5-8), but it's not a dive bar, so what do you expect?!? They have a great selection; the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The live music was great. It was a great experience! Will definitely be back again! P.S. If you order the pretzel, the cheese is definitely worth the extra money! The pretzel and tater tots were great!

Good beer selection with stupidly high prices. 4 draughts came to $30! I'm all for paying for quality, but that's a substantial drop of lucre for 4 drinks. That being said though, our bearded bartender did a good job with recommendations and was quick to take our order, so nice work on him. Trivia includes a brief dance-off, so get ready for drunk white people flailing to Reel To Real's 90's classic "I Like To Move It (Move It)." Staffed by a disproportionately large amount of 4s.

Found the best Saison I've ever had here. Great food, insane about of beer... great place to sit and catch up with friends. I'd suggest getting the pretzel to start. It's huge. I ordered the steak sandwich that was pretty good. The beer selection was the best by far....

One of my favorite spots. Good food, good beer. You will find Bud here, but it's not cheap. Why would you want to drink that anyhow when there is a whole world of beer waiting to be explored. Pun intended. This is one of the few places that I, as a female, feel completely comfortable saddling up to the bar by myself. I've spent a small fortune here, but I do love this place. Avoid House 4 Beer and go here instead.

Great atmosphere visiting relatives for Thanksgiving poke in for a couple late night drinks. They had live music also a raffle fundraising for a local getting paralyzed in a car accident.

Never been to a World of Beer but found this to be a positive experience at least. Immediately, it is obvious they have a lot of different types of beer (an entire 2 walls dedicated to them) and unlike some other bar types I've been to, the place actually has decent lighting (which can be good or bad, dependent on what you want to do). It was a good place to just catch up with friends and play some board games. Although we brought one in, they had a cabinet full of them if you're so interested. They do lack any other sort of entertainment though so beware of that. The beers themselves are varied. They offered a smattering of beers, so many, and many of which seem to be relatively niche. They also offered samples for the less decisive sort to try and assist in the beer selection decision. Although I felt like they intentionally chose the more expensive beers (lack of knowledge of the name + no price + near obligation), the beer itself is alright. Seems a little too overpriced too, but I'm a bit stingy so perhaps its fine. Overall, interesting if you want to try some beers, but nothing much to do their or in the area to make this place great. That with the pricier beverages makes this a three star in my book.

I agree with the last guy, service here does suck but they're an OK place to come drink beer if you're a beer snob. They have alot of beers to choose from but a lack of domestics like Bud Light, so they're intentionally alienating people (not sure if that's what they're going for). They have Yuengling, which I always enjoy but not at $4 a bottle. Other than having a few TVs there's not really much to do here, no food, dartboard, pool table, shuffle board, etc... and it's not really close to anything else, so barhopping is out of the question. It's almost like they want you to come in, have a few beers, and be on your way. Sorry guys, you're doing it wrong.

Was here for the first time during dueling pianos, it was great! I also had great hard cider with red hots & apples soaked in fireball! Yum! I'll be back again & hopefully try a soft pretzel I heard they're delicious!

We have had an excellent experience each time. Not sure about the bad reviews given for service, this has never been our finding. Places change, staff improve, as do most business's. The staff have been overly helpful, courteous and prompt. The beer selection is what's to be expected from a bar specializing in beer. Wide selection, every nation, on tap/bottle/can and tasting flights (which is a plus if you like to sample 25-50 beers without drinking a full one). Live music on some nights, drink/food perks on other nights. Food: The burgers and onion rings are great. The flatbreads are hearty and fresh. The Belgian pretzel is tremendous. Cons: Live music can b too loud at times. Outdoor smoking sucks. Overall a great experience and we will continue to go back.

One of the best bars for live bands and friendly, knowledgeable bartenders, tons of different beers. Good, clean bar. A lot of TVs. Great Loyalty program with lots of rewards. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is the place to go for great craft beer from around the world. 500 different types at any given time. Live music on the weekends. This place takes beer drinking to a new level.

I agree with other reviewers, a few miles down the road in the Pavilion you'll find House For Beer. They always seem friendly and willing to please customers. Plus it's in a way nicer side of town than World of Beer. I havent had that vibe at World of Beer. I feel like I am in an Abercrombie store with the stuck up staff making me feel like a nuisance. Plus, there is nothing around this establishment.

I've only been here once as I don't live in Port Orange anymore. We went in the afternoon so there were only a couple other groups of people, so the service was good. The beers are great, but they are a little pricey. I think that's expected though since the majority of the beers aren't served elsewhere. I think the reward system is pretty cool.

Service is usually pretty good at this World of Beer location (not so good at others) but it tends to be loud and there isn't always a whole lot of seating. Whenever they have live music, talking becomes shouting. Great selection of craft beer.

I was very generous with my first review...After multiple times of coming here, i def give up and would chose house for beer over this place all the time. The service stright sucks here. they have 2 girls working the patio and inside for Wednesday college night. not realistic. dont bother coming here cause you'll wait 30min for a beer/re-order.

Very busy on opening night but service was still good. The beer list is impressive boasting 509 beers of which approximately 50 are on draft, however the second beer I ordered from the beer menu hadn't come in yet so I ordered something else and that hadn't come in yet either. Luckily the third go round they had what I ordered. The atmosphere is nice, loud music so a bit difficult to carry on a conversation but not loud enough to be overbearing. The first beer I ordered while looking over the menu was a Guinness and it arrived with the top of the head slightly below the rim instead of just slightly above it like it should be. I'm nitpicking here, but I like my Guinness the way its supposed to be. Overall, I will definitely be back but I hope they get their inventory problem sorted out soon.
